Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox Win Small Amount In A Recent Case

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox were awarded $620 by a judge recently. The amount was for their legal fees in the case. The judge ordered a paparazzo to pay the three-figure amount to the two stars, who sued for alleged assault.

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox initially wanted $2,475 in their lawsuit. On the other hand, another lawsuit filed last year is still being deliberated. According to Delbert Shaw, he was punched by Green, who also threw the iPhone of Shaw into the ocean as Fox egged Green.

The incident happened after Shaw took a picture of Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox during their Hawaiian vacation.

Shaw is claiming $25,000 in damages due to alleged battery and assault, false imprisonment, emotional distress, negligence and conspiracy.

Last August a petition was filed by the couple to drop Megan Fox from the lawsuit as they indicated that there was no proof of the false imprisonment, conspiracy, and emotional distress claims of Shaw. Shaw submitted to the request of the couple to browse through the files on his laptop.

According to Sark Ohanian, the lawyer of Shaw, Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox are trying to show that his client is a rash paparazzo and the incident was not given focus in the things that were discovered.
