Country Singer Danielle Bradbery Wins “The Voice”

“The Voice” chose its new winner and that is Danielle Bradbery, the teenage country singer that at one point thought that it was impossible to win the competition.

Bradbery said that she remembers singing to the wall in her room and imagining that there was a big crowd in its place. She also talked about how her mom wanted to help her and signed her up for “The Voice” auditions, without ever thinking that she might actually win it in such a short time.

This Tuesday’s finale was filled with amazing performances from Cher, “The Voice” coach Christina Aguilera and Bruno Mars.

The 16 year old country singer was the third consecutive winner from Blake Shelton’s team. The coach whose 37th birthday coincided with Bradbery’s win said that he isn't necessarily looking to win as much as he is trying to form a team that “excites him”.

Shelton also spoke of Bradbery’s amazing singing abilities and called her a gift to the music industry, adding that any producer would be very lucky to work with someone who is as naturally talented as her.

“The Voice” finale that crowned Danielle Bradbery as the winner was also a win for NBC when it comes to ratings, as it drew in 15,3 million viewers, making it the most watched “Voice” finale ever.
