Discounted Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 Offered Until April 30

The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 will be available in the market until April 30. The discount for the dual-mode laptop is $170 for the Core i5 model while the Core i7 model will have a discount of $250.

The i5 model of the device features Intel HD graphics, 4GB RAM, and 500GB hard drive. The flex model laptops of Lenovo offer a swinging hinge that swings up to 300 degrees, removable battery and convenient keyboard. The device can be configured as a laptop using the hinge but it cannot be fully flipped into tablet mode.

Watching videos will be facilitated when it is placed in stand mode, which also facilitates using it in touch mode.

Although the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 is bigger compared to a number of premium ultrabooks, it is easy to handle and is comparatively lightweight. Its 14-inch display has a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 and has a ten-point multi-touch feature that facilitates working with drawing and painting applications.

The device also features a number of pre-loaded software, including Skype, Evernote and Dragon Assistant.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 has a battery life of eight hours, but the battery can be replaced whenever necessary. It has a number of ports that allow it to be connected to secondary devices. The ports include one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI port and an SD card reader.

The discounted price tag of the Core i5 model of the device is at $649. On the other hand, the Core i7 model featuring a 500GB drive is priced at $749 with the discount. The 1TB variant of the Core i7 model is priced at $799 with the $250 discount.

An additional discount will be given to the 1TB variant of the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 that will bring down its price to $749 until April 30.
