“Jimmy Kimmel Live” Debut For The Latest “Captain America: Civil War” Trailer

The latest trailer of “Captain America: Civil War” made its debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” recently. Robert Downey, Jr. and Chris Evans were present for the debut of the trailer of the next movie of the Marvel franchise. Downey plays Iron Man on the movie while Evans plays Captain America.

The trailer showed some of the Avengers going up with each other in place of another super villain. Marvel fans have been asking for this ever since it was revealed that Downey will also star in the movie. Aside from Iron Man and Captain America, the two-minute trailer also showed a number of other Marvel superheroes, including Black Widow and the Winter Soldier. Black Panther also makes his first appearance in the movie.

In addition to the new “Captain America: Civil War trailer,” the actors also unveiled the first official poster of the movie. The poster shows the two heroes locking eyes within the iconic shield of Captain America. The appearance of Downey and Evans on Kimmel of ABC shows the cooperation between Disney and the show. The actors of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” also made an appearance on the show the day before.

The upcoming Marvel movie is among the most anticipated movies that will come out next summer. A number of industry watchers are expecting the movie to perform well at the box office once it hits the big screen.

The trailer was posted on the official YouTube page of the show after its debut and within thirty minutes, it was able to get over 100,000 views. During the show, Kimmel also asked Evans and Downey about their experience in Atlanta, Georgia where the movie was filmed.

Evans described Atlanta as hot and sticky in July. On the other hand, Downey said “it was beautiful.” He added that he was either inside an air conditioned chopper or a rented home since he is not on the set once the helmet of Iron Man closes. On the other hand Evans was on the set the whole time.

“Captain America: Civil War” will hit the big screen on May 6, 2016.
