Xbox One Bundles Prepared By Microsoft For The Holidays

Microsoft announced two new deals for the Xbox One for the upcoming holidays. The first deal is aimed at Gears of War fans while the second was for gamers who enjoy using Kinect. The Kinect Bundle has a price tag of $499 while the Gears of War Bundle is priced at $349. The second bundle is cheaper since the Kinect motion sensor is not included.

While an improvement was noted on current sales of the game console of Microsoft compared to last year and near the start of the year, The PlayStation 4 of Sony is the best-selling video game console in August, according to Gamespot. However, a 26 percent increase was noted in the sales of the video game console of Microsoft for the month of August compared to the same period last year. Despite this, Microsoft has to work harder in increasing sales.

In its effort of boosting sales, the company reduced the price of the Xbox One as well as bundled free games. It also offered the console without the Kinect sensor. This year, the company is using the bundle approach in increasing the appeal of the console to consumers.
