Summer couldn't get any hotter and there isn't a better place in the world to cool down, have a great time with all the family and friends while being in a fun, colorful and interesting environment. Forget the beach-side, don’t spent thousands of dollars on expensive trips to Tahiti or Hawaii just try some of the most amazing water-parks the United States has to offer.

Schlitterbahn – New Braunfels

The Texas based water-park offers everything you would want on a hot summer day. The park is located near San Antonio and offers The Falls, the world’s longest water-park ride along with three miles of tubing and three uphill water-slides.

Great Wolf Lodge – Williamsburg

While it has everything that makes a modern water-park great, this Virginia based jewel has the added bonus of having summer all year long. The advantage of going to an indoor water-park is that even in the coldest day of winter you could have fun and splash around in a fantastic ambiance.

Raging Waters – San Dimas

While every water-park is a great place to have fun with your kids, some really go all the way and provide extra rides for the little one. Raging Waters went overboard and built a 30,000 square foot section called Kids Kingdom filled with rides for children. If you ever wondered where to go with the kids to have fun in California, well this might be the place.
