There was sudden shift in her statement and emotions when Mariah Yeater officially declared and expressed her desire to withdraw or dismiss the case against the sensational pop icon, Justin Bieber. Mariah Yeater who once alleged that she and Justin had a sexual encounter after Justin’s concert, is now scared to fight for her right, if she truly is speaking the truth. Likewise, she legally demanded Justin Bieber to undergo a Paternity test and provide financial support for their 4-month old baby boy.

Though Mariah Yeater claims that she has all the evidence to prove the sexual encounter with the pop icon, she chose to dismiss the suit. Lawyers of Yeater namely, Lance Rogers and Matt Pure likewise withdrew the case after Justin expressed his willingness to Paternity test and file counter charges against them. The legal team of the universal heartthrob is all set to file counter charges against Mariah Yeater for Justin’s protection and enforcement of his rights violated by Yeater.

Mariah Yeater during her recent interview with The Insider admitted that she was very scared to continue the case against the pop icon. Her reasons were, she was at the beginning very hesitant to file the suit and that she is afraid for herself and her baby’s safety.
