Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend” Tops US Charts
The Canadian pop star and 18-year-old teen sensation Justin Bieber started a Twitter big bang explosion with his 19 million followers on Monday, March 26, after the release of his latest single entitled "Boyfriend” which proves to be the US record breaking hit.
To date, Beiber’s “Boyfriend” is still on the highest spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The hit tune is from his upcoming third studio album Believe.
Based on the reports, the music industry suggests "Boyfriend" is selling like “hot cake” and could reach up to 400,000 downloads by the end of the week, Sunday, April 1.
According to Billboard, Bieber's best sales record week to date is 199,999 downloads for his single “Never Say Never” last year. If things continue to go to the right direction, even that record could be toppled by his newest hit single, “Boyfriend.”
Justin Beiber’s fans range from young teenage girls and boys alike, with the addition of some early twenty’s and those who are young at heart.
