Five Well-liked Cars to Avoid

A car that is a best-seller and popular does not mean that it is a good choice. The five car models in this list may be in everyone’s list but is suggested to be stayed away from.

Honda Civic

Honda Civic has been an iconic little car for several years. But Honda did several shortcuts in their recent redesign. Buying a Honda Civic still offers fuel-efficient and more reliable car in its class. In contrary, the newest design gives a choppy ride, vague steering, mediocre interior quality and a noisy cabin.

Jeep Liberty

It offers a nice looks but it is characterized by unrefined and rugged driving experience. It can tackle tough roads but is unsettled and clumsy in pavements. It has cheap interior and noisy engine.

Toyota Prius C

At a price that is cheaper compared to other cars, Prius suffers from noisy cabin, slow acceleration and stiff ride. This car only has a 37 mpg in city driving.

Dodge Grand Caravan

One of the best-selling vans, it is comfortable, versatile, well-equipped and quiet. But aside from this, it has several flaws including reports of rattles and squeaks, troubles in sliding-door and power-equipment and loose interior trim.

Ford Edge

This SUV is very stylish but this style is not enough to be labeled as one of the best models. It suffers from loud road noise, jittery ride and distracting controls. For almost the same price, better choices include Nissan Murano and Toyota Highlander.
