Lavish Honeymoon For Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
The international getaway kept on continuing for the lovely couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. After spending at least a week in Southern Italy which they had a reportedly $6.5 million nuptials at the Borgo Egnaza resort in Puglia, the newlyweds then went off in Tanzania at the super expensive Singita Grumeti Reserve where an accommodation can cost as much as $5,700 a night. Fortunately for Timberlake and Biel, this time of year is the South African resort's "low" season, otherwise it would have cost $7,620 per night spent at the Singita Sasakwa Lodge's private villa retreat.
The new husband and wife rode a private jet bound for Kilimanjaro International two days after their October 19 nuptials. In grainy photos from that day, Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 30, can barely be seen stepping off the plane. Both are dressed for comfort in pants, short-sleeved shirts, hats, and sunglasses.
The sweet couple spent their first five days in the Serengeti Park and enjoyed all kinds of activities, including a hot air balloon ride and a wildlife tour, which they took on 4x4s, according to E! Online. Then it was onto the nearby Faru-Faru lodges, where a villa suite goes for nearly $4,000 a night. On October 30, the newlyweds ended their nine-day honeymoon and headed back to the U.S., where Biel will begin promoting her new movie, "Hitchcock," on November 17.
Although the couple had to get back to reality, the happiness probably hasn't worn off yet. "It was magical," Timberlake told People after the nuptials. "It was an unforgettable evening." Added his new bride, "It was a fantasy."
