Pregnant Kate Middleton To Attend Another Official Function
A pregnant Kate Middleton does not appear to let her situation affect her duties as a royal as she is set to make a formal appearance at London’s Hope House.
The Duchess of Cambridge is set to drop by the Hope House on February 19. This was announced by the St. James Palace on Tuesday. The wife of Prince William is involved in the “Action on Addiction” program of the London facility, which is one of the charities she supports.
The program provides women, who are recovering from substance dependence, a secure and safe place for their recovery. In addition to the safety the program offers, it also provides support for compulsive disorders that women may experience.
The visit of the pregnant Kate Middleton to the Hope House will be the second official appearance of the other half of Prince William ever since news of her pregnancy came out last December. Her first official appearance was last January when she accompanied her husband to attend a private viewing event for the first official portrait of the duchess. The event was held at the National Portrait Gallery of London.
The upcoming visit to the Hope House will also be the first time she will show her baby bump following a short shopping trip in West London over the last weekend.
The pregnant Kate Middleton is expected to give birth by July.
