Blue Ivy Carter, the daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z, will likely have a normal childhood if her superstar mom has anything to say about it.

The singer made the revelation during an interview with the Vogue magazine. She also made some hints on the next album that she is set to release although it remains untitled. The music in the album will reportedly be more sensual and empowering, which she attributes to her motherhood.

Beyonce took a leave from her music career following the birth of Blue Ivy Carter in January of last year. The 31-year-old singer is married to star rapper Jay-Z.

Beyonce revealed that knows the importance of letting her daughter to experience a normal life like attending slumber parties and running through sprinklers. She also considers it important for her first child to do the things any child will do, such as lemonade stands and school visits.

The singer is set to go on a world tour by April and has revealed that Blue Ivy Carter will be joining her. The interview by Vogue happened in the later part of last year, prior to her controversial performance at the inauguration of President Barack Obama last month.

A live performance by Beyonce during the halftime show of the Super Bowl silenced her critics two weeks after the lip-synched performance.

The HBO documentary showing her life behind the scenes will be aired soon. The singer said that the gossip hinting that her pregnancy was faked was quite strange. She also revealed some details about the birth of Blue Ivy Carter.

The singer indicated that as she was experiencing the contractions, she imagined her child pushing against a heavy door. She did not think about her pain since she was thinking of a small infant working hard to push out. Beyonce added that she felt that she was communicating with Blue Ivy Carter when she was in labor.
