Adele And The Cast Of “Les Miserable” Put On Show
As preparations for the 2013 Academy Awards show are coming to an end, the stage from which Seth MacFarlane will host the 2013 Oscars was jam packed with talent before the show.
The first to take the stage of the Dolby Theater was Adele, rehearsing her fantastic song “Skyfall” from the box office hit James Bond movie that bares the same name.
Before a small audience of crew hands and workers Adele concluded after a couple of tunes that the the organizers might need a new reverb machine.
The pop star also commented her outfit for the big night. She said that while she is no wimp, the dress is very heavy making her struggle to stand up right on the high heels she’ll be wearing on the big night.
After 5 tries she got the OK from Oscar’s director Neil Meron and left the stage to make room for the cast of “Les Miserable”. Actors Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Russel Crowe, Helena Bonham Carter, Eddie Redmayna, Sasha Baron-Cohen, Aaron Tveit and Samantha Barks rehearsed their parts accompanied by the music from the nominated movie.
Upon one last rehearsal, Hugh Jackman, started singing out of nowhere “My Bonny lies over the ocean / My Bonny lies over my daddy” to the amusement of the"Les Miserable" cast.
