Ellen DeGeneres Is Excited About “Finding Dory”

Ellen DeGeneres, the talk show host that played the very communicative but sometimes forgetful tang fish in the 2003 box office hit “Finding Nemo” is ecstatic about the recently announced sequel called “Finding Dory”.

After years of her and fans expressing their desire for a sequel to the hit animation, Disney officially announced that the movie will be made and it will be released on the 23rd of November 2015.

The host said in a statement that she is very excited and that she isn’t mad it took the people at Pixar this long to start work on the sequel. She also said that the script is great and that it keeps a of of what made “Finding Nemo” so good, respectively, it’s got heart, it is funny and “it’s got a lot more Dory”.

Director Andrew Stanton said that one of the key elements of the new movie that will start off one year after the action in “Finding Nemo” is why Dory was all alone in the middle of the ocean when Nemo’s dad runs into her. We will see Dory reunited with her loved ones and follow her as she will learn the importance and meaning of family.

Ellen DeGeneres wasn't shy when it comes to her enthusiasm about “Finding Dory” as she promoted it on her talk show and through all her social media accounts.
