Kanye West “June Eighteen” Tweet Results To Speculations

The recent “June Eighteen” tweet by Kanye West raised a number of questions on what will happen on the said date.

The two-worded tweet did not have any explanations or even hints about any event that will happen on the date. Speculations emerged on the possibility that it will be the release date for the latest album of the artist. Earlier reports have indicated that the album was already complete.

Some have speculated on the possibility that it will be the due date of the singer and Kim Kardashian. For the moment the singer has not revealed the significance of the date.

The tweet was described by Elliott Wilson, a hip-hop expert, as an ambiguity, which is considered as the new press release.

The mystery surrounding the tweet was further increased by Kanye West since he deleted earlier tweets to give space to his vague announcement. The tweet itself was re-tweeted over ten thousand times around an hour after it appeared on the Twitter account of the singer, who is followed by nearly ten million users.

“My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” was the last solo album of the rap superstar and was released in 2010. In 2011, he collaborated with Jay-Z to come out with the “Watch My Throne” album. Last year, the compilation “Cruel Summer,’ which featured a number of artists from the GOOD Music label of the superstar.

On May 18, Kanye West will be performing on “Saturday Night Live.”
