James Gandolfini May Have Died Of Heart Attack

The head of the emergency department of the hospital in Rome where James Gandolfini was taken indicated that a heart attack may have caused the death of the actor.

According to Professor Modini, the cause of death of the actor may only be determined after an autopsy. However, he indicated that a myocardial infarction or a heart attack may have caused his death. He added that no suspicious issues were noted by emergency room doctors.

Efforts of ambulance personnel were not enough to resuscitating the actor, who was already dead when he was brought to the hospital.

It was necessary for a death certificate to be issued by the American embassy in Rome before the remains of James Gandolfini can be released by Italian authorities. The embassy was still waiting for official confirmation of the death of the actor but is deeply upset over the news. The embassy is also prepared to provide assistance to the actor’s family if necessary.

Prior to his death, the actor told Mario Sesti that he was preparing for the next part of his vacation in Italy. James Gandolfini was supposed to go to Taormina Sicily, where he was going to receive an award at a film festival headed by Sesti. After hearing the news of the actor’s death, Sesti revealed that a tribute to the lifetime achievement of the actor will replace the awarding ceremony.

Although the cause f the death of the actor remains uncertain, his managers revealed that it may have been due to a heart attack since the actor was prone to passing out due to panic attacks. Although James Gandolfini was considered young to experience a heart attack, a number of issues may also cause them to happen at a younger age.
