PS 4 Introduced By Sony

The Sony PlayStation 4 or PS 4 was introduced recently as gamers in the North American continent lined up to acquire the latest game console from Sony.

A line was formed outside New York’s Standard Line hotel prior to the release of the game console. Sony indicated that only 444 units of the console will be released during the launch. Joey Chiu was the first person to acquire the game console in North America. The Brooklyn resident indicated that he was in the line for twenty hours in the hopes of getting one game console.

Hundreds of gamers also waited at the Market Street outlet of GameStop in San Francisco in the hopes of winning the giveaways of the company. Brand loyalty was cited as one of the factors that gamers lined up for the latest game console of Sony.

Some gamers were also eagerly waiting for the latest game titles for the PS 4. The game console is the follow up of the PlayStation 3, which was released in 2006. The latest game console has a price tag of $400 and comes with an 8GB DDR5 RAM, eight-core x86-64 chip, and an AMD Radeon graphics chip. Although the price of the Sony PlayStation 4 game console is lower by $100 compared to the Xbox One, the Microsoft game console features a camera and motion-voice sensing peripheral.

The latest Sony game console received praise from industry watchers due to the features it offers. Although it will take a number of months before it can build it software and gaming library, the company revealed that its game-streaming will be open to retro-games for the PS 4 in the coming year.
