Drew Barrymore promoted an upcoming movie on the “Tonight Show” together with Adam Sandler recently. During the show, the two stars were asked by Jimmy Fallon to express their feelings through a song.

The thirty-nine-year old actress said the two of them have the chance to fall in love again every ten years. Sandler responded that they enjoy it and have fun when they star in a movie together.

The two stars were reunited for another movie around ten years after their last movie together. The last movie the two co-starred in was “50 First Dates” in 2004. Prior to this, they also starred on “The Wedding Singer” in 1998. While discussing the three movies they did together, Sandler joked that he was also part of the 1982 breakout movie of Barrymore, “E.T.” He jokingly said that he played the alien on the Steven Spielberg movie.

The duet between the two stars saw them alternating the lines with Adam Sandler providing pleasant one-liners. Sandler sang asking if he was the best movie husband. Drew Barrymore replied that he was the best. Sandler continued to sing asking if he was better compared to Hugh Grant. It referred to the on-screen romance of the actress at the set of “Music and Lyrics” of 2007. She replied that he was better compared to Grant.

Sandler then continued to ask if he was better compared to Ben Stiller and Barrymore replied that he was better compared to Stiller. He then asked if he was better compared to Jimmy Fallon. At that point, the “Fever Pitch” co-star of the actress, who was playing the guitar during the duet, stepped up and Drew Barrymore said that both of them have great qualities.
