Emily Blunt Dislikes New Look Of John Krasinski

John Krasinski revealed recently that his wife, Emily Blunt, does not like his new and improved look. The 36-year-old actor went through a comprehensive body transformation in preparation for an upcoming movie.

Krasinski will play the role of a Navy SEAL in “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.” To prepare for the role, he had to lose 21 percent of the total fat in his body in around four months. The four-month transformation gave him washboard abs.

However, he revealed on Tuesday during an appearance at The Late Show that Emily Blunt “hates” the new look. He said “she hates it,” and she prefers to get back the “doughy guy.” When The Late Show host Stephen Colbert said that doughy was a rather strong word, Krasinski clarified that it was more like a “sweet-face.”

While the 32-year-old Emily Blunt is still trying to adjust to the ripped body of John Krasinski, everyone else appeared to like his new look. A good amount of attention was given to the actor after he made an appearance on Men’s Health magazine. The actor displayed his full physique on the January/February issue of the magazine.

Colbert held up a picture taken from the magazine and asked the actor if he always wanted something like it.

Krasinski jokingly said he looked like the picture while he was in “The Office” but people did not see it that much.

It was necessary for Krasinski to hit the gym at least two times a day for around four months to get him into shape for the movie. The actor said he did not expect the workout to be that hard.

He said he initially thought the workout would consist of some push-ups and Power Bars, but realized he had to work hard for it. John Krasinski added that it was like “living hell’ for the next eight weeks.
