"Doubts" Forced Crystal Harris to Cancel Wedding

Crystal Harris called off her wedding with Hugh Hefner because she had been having “second thoughts”.

Crystal Harris, 25, and Hugh Hefner, 85, cancelled their wedding on Tuesday just days before the ceremony was due to take place on Saturday, and Harris revealed that she had been having doubts about the marriage before the decision was made.

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show on Wednesday morning, she said: "I called it off because I didn't think it was the right thing for me to do ... For a while I've been having second thoughts about everything. I haven't really been at peace with myself lately. I didn't think it was really fair to him."

There was no fight involve in the cancellation of the nuptials, they just “talked about it”.

One thing that Crystal was worried about was that the weeding was going to be filmed by U.S. TV network Lifetime for a special program on their big day.

She said: "They were gonna air a show on it. It was all happening too fast for me. I just thought about it and thought, 'Was this what I wanted?'"

Despite what has happened, Crystal strongly believes they will remain friends in the future.

She added: "We both agreed that it's not in the cards for us. We had a long talk about it. I feel happy and at peace that everything will be OK, and I respect him more than anything, and we're still going to be really close."
