Adam Levine Shocks On “The Voice”

Adam Levine, the lead singer of the band Maroon 5 got himself into a bit of trouble as he was heard saying “I hate this country” on the latest edition of “The Voice”.

The remark that caused such a ruckus was uttered after a vote showed America’s choice to save country music charmer Amber Carrington a competitor of Levine’s "students" in the competition.

The incident took place while the camera focused on Blake Shelton, a rival coach in the competition. It was caught and could be heard clearly from Levine’s open microphone.

The comment came as the public chose to keep a rival student while just minutes ago they voted off Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons, both Levine’s “students”.

In response to the incident that could get him in a lot more trouble than he thinks with the public of “The Voice, Adam Levine tweeted a series of messages that contained the full definition of the words “joke”, “humorless”, “misunderstood” and “light-hearted”.

This Wednesday, in an interview given to US Weekly, Adam Levine commented on the incident saying that he obviously loves his country and that his comments came after the emotional vote that saw two of his “students” eliminated in short succession.
