Andy Kaufman Supposedly Faked His Death
Andy Kaufman’s brother suggested that the beloved comedian faked his death in 1984 and is still alive. Kaufman was one of America’s most popular comedians of the 70’s and 80’s. His biggest role was playing Latka Gravas on the 70’s sitcom “Taxi” co-starring Danny DeVito. Kaufman died of lung cancer in 1984 at the age of 35.
During an award show held in Andy’s honor, his brother Michael Kaufman told the media that he received a letter from Andy in 1999 confirming that he was in fact alive. Michael Kaufman didn’t stop there; he also introduced a 24 year old woman who claimed she was Andy’s daughter, born 5 years after the comedian presumably passed away.
According to his alleged daughter, Kaufman is a stay at home dad who helps his wife, takes care of the house and cooks so that he doesn't have to hide or disguise himself while going outside.
No blood tests might be required as several tabloids uncovered that Kaufman’s alleged daughter is in fact Alexandra Tatarsky, an actress hired by Kaufman’s brother to play his supposed daughter.
While Andy Kaufman’s death certificate can be seen online, many conspiracy theorists and fans seem to believe that the beloved comedian faked his death in one last grand gesture.
