Best Buy Pre-Black Friday Event Set On Saturday

A one-day pre-Black Friday sale is set to be held by Best Buy this coming weekend. Discounts for Microsoft, Apple, Sony and other products will be offered at select locations on Saturday from 1PM to 5PM local time. Only 400 locations across the United States will offer these discounts, according BlackFriday.com. Customers can go the website of the retailer to check if their local stores are participating in the event.

The first 100 customers in each participating location will receive a free tech gift from the retailer during the pre-Black Friday event. However, these customers should be at least 18 years old. A number of deals were highlighted by the retailer.

When customers buy an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus with a two year contract and an Apple TV, they will save $70. The 64GB iPad Air 3 will be sold at $525, which allows customers to save $75. Customers purchasing any MacBook Air will receive a $100 Best Buy gift card. The price of a 64-inch Sony LED 4K Ultra HD smart 3D TV is reduced from $3,999.99 to $2,799.99.

Customers purchasing a 60-inch Samsung LED 4K Ultra HD smart TV will save $500 and will also receive a $100 discount on a 29-inch curved LED monitor purchase or a free wireless keyboard. A $50 Best Buy gift card will be given to customers who buy an Xbox One game console together with a limited-edition Halo 5 controller. They can also get a free game worth up to $59.99. A free Destiny: The Taken King game will be given to customers who purchase a Sony PlayStation 4 game console. Customers who purchase the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop will save $150 off its regular price.

A $200 discount is available for select Surface Pro 3 tablets. A Samsung Gear Fit will be given to customers who purchase two Samsung appliances worth at least $999. A $30 Best Buy gift card will be given to customers who purchase a Sony A5000 or Sony A5100 mirrorless camera. A $40 Best buy gift card will be given to customers who purchase a GoPro Hero4 Session or GoPro Hero+ LCD action camera.

However, customers should also take into account that other retailers may offer higher discounts to some of the items offered during the pre-Black Friday event of Best But. For instance, the 64GB Apple iPad Air 2 is priced at $479 at Staples. This deal from Staples is available until November 7. Due to this, consumers should check other retailers for deals similar or better than the ones offered during the pre-Black Friday event at Best Buy.
