BlackBerry Q10 Available Through T-Mobile Retail Outlets By June 5
The latest physical keyboard-equipped smartphone from Research In Motion, the BlackBerry Q10, is set to be launched through T-Mobile soon. The new 4G LTE device will be offered through the website and retail outlets of the mobile service provider by June 5.
The new smartphone will have a price tag of around $100 with the typical two-year mobile service plan. It will be offered through the Simple Choice Plan of T-Mobile, which features unlimited text, talk, and 500MB of data at $50 every month.
Aside from the BlackBerry Q10, T-Mobile will also offer the low-cost Samsung Galaxy Exhibit. This particular smartphone is aimed at first-time buyers of smartphones and uses the Jelly Bean Android 4.1 OS. It also features 5MP camera along with 4G connectivity. It has a price tag of around $20 with the 24-month mobile service plan.
The latest smartphone offering of RIM uses the latest operating system of the company, the BlackBerry 10 OS. It features the classic QWERTY keyboard of BlackBerry devices, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2GB RAM, 3.1-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, 8MP camera at the back, 2MP camera in front, and internal storage of 16GB. It also comes with a 2,100mAh battery.
The smartphone was initially launched by the company last January together with the BlackBerry 10 and the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.
A number of T-Mobile clients were able to order the smartphone on May 14 with some of them already using the device. Business clients can acquire the BlackBerry Q10 at a price tag of around $120 with the appropriate mobile service contract.
