Britney Spears Could Sign Las Vegas Residency Contract
After quitting “The X Factor” just a few weeks ago, Britney Spears might sign an extremely profitable contract with a Las Vegas casino.
She wouldn't be the first artist to cash in big in Las Vegas after Celine Dion is supposedly going to earn close to $100 million dollars after she signed a three year contract with Caesars Palace, in 2012.
The 31 year old pop star is supposedly negotiating with two casinos after her less than triumphant retirement from “The X Factor” left people wondering what Britney future would be.
A representative of Caesars Palace shut down rumors that Britney would perform in the famous casino, although her agent, Larry Rudolph gave a contradictory statement saying that negotiation were very advanced and that he would be “shocked” if the deal wouldn't go through.
Britney Spears’ departure from “The X Factor” was rather controversial, with the pop diva making a timely exit after reports said that boss Simon Cowell was displeased with her bland performance and was preparing to fire her.
“I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it's time for me to get back in the studio. Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love most.” said Britney Spears as she launched rumors of a new album a few weeks ago.
