Britney Spears Releases New Song For “Smurfs 2”
Britney Spears, the pop diva and former judge on “The X Factor” seems to be delighted that her song will be part of the “Smurfs 2” soundtrack. She celebrated and tweeted that she loved the Smurfs as a child and that her boys are diehard fans of the lovable blue animations.
The news was released this Wednesday and it stated that Britney, who is 31 years old, will record a song called “Ooh La La” that will be featured in the upcoming “The Smurfs 2” soundtrack.
The new song was produced by “Femme Fatale” collaborators and will run in the ending credits of the sequel. The movie is due to come out on the 31st of July.
Katy Perry will voice Smurfette for the second time and will give even more star power to this already big movie cast.
Spears seemed to always assure fans of her love for the Smurfs and even said in a release that the new song will be “smurftastic”
The pop diva also tweeted this Wednesday “Remember that surprise song I recorded for my boys? It's coming soon! #OohLaLa for #TheSmurfs2 🙂 Stay tuned for more ...”.
