Cairo, Egypt Riots Escalade, 20 People Dead
In the two day clashes in Cairo, Egypt, 1, 700 were declared wounded and 20 people died, according health ministry spokesman.
Injuries include gunshot wounds, beating to the head and excessive tear gas inhalations, according to medical staff at Cairo’s Tahrir Square. TarekSalama, a medic said that many people are suffering from convulsions, while others have gunshot wounds from rubber, bird shots and stray bullets.
