Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum Expecting A Baby

Representatives of Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum indicated that the two were pleased to make the announcement that they will become parents next year.

The baby will be the first for the couple who met at the set of 2006 dance-romance movie, “Step Up.” After filming for the movie was completed, the couple started dating and eventually tied the knot in March 2009.

In an interview with People magazine, Channing Tatum indicated that his idea of an ideal brood is three. However, he added that he just wants to start with one healthy child and see what will happen next.

For the moment, the two have a rather hectic schedule. Channing is currently one of the most bankable actors and was recently named the Sexiest Man Alive by the magazine. On the other hand, Jenna is keeping herself busy on the set of the horror TV series, "American Horror Story: Asylum."

Channing has revealed to a number of media outlets his intention of trying his luck behind the camera. He indicated that he is aiming to give a go at directing by 2013.

In addition to “Step Up”, Channing Tatum also starred in a number of movies including “Magic Mike”, “21 Jump Street”, “Dear John”, and “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.”
