Diem Brown Opens Up On Her Cancer Battle

In a recent interview, Diem Brown revealed that she felt overwhelmed with the latest obstacle to her health and is looking forward to enjoying a painless day in the future. She revealed since she is confined to her apartment, she is aiming to redecorate her home.

Alicia Quarles of E! said when she went into the apartment of Brown, she was surprised to see the couch was moved. She added that she knew Brown was starting to feel better since she was strong enough to move the couch.

Quarles also revealed that everyone was supportive of Brown during the latest complication in her life.

Diem Brown encountered an obstacle during chemotherapy following her hospitalization after a blockage was discovered by doctors in her kidneys. Quarles revealed that the tumors created pressure on the kidneys of Brown that compelled her doctors to perform a procedure to minimize the pain and pressure.

The latest complication affected the schedule of the chemotherapy sessions of Brown after a number of surgeries last August. Brown revealed that she was supposed to receive chemotherapy treatment. However, a sudden increase in the kidney levels of Brown was noted after blood was drawn.

Chris “CT” Tamburello was a recent visitor of Brown in the hospital. The MTV reality star posted a picture of the two of them sleeping beside each other while holding hands. He included a caption on his Instagram account indicating that being present for someone can spell the difference between a good and bad day.

Brown revealed last August that she was diagnosed with colon cancer. She said the build up to her cancer was the scariest this time around. She added that the situation was traumatic, and she needed something to look forward to at the end of her cancer journey. Diem Brown was initially diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2003 and experienced a recurrence in 2012.
