Edward Snowden Supposedly Gets Job In Russia

Edward Snowden the former NSA contractor that is currently residing in Russia after receiving asylum has supposedly gotten a job at a Russian IT company. The news was released by Snowden’s lawyer, Anatoly Kucherena, the same lawyer that represented Snowden since his arrival to Russia four month ago.

Details of how and where Edward Snowden lives in Russia are still somewhat of a mystery and have simply been speculated on. Starting Friday one thing is clear, Mr. Snowden will turn up for his new job at one of Russia’s leading IT companies.

The former NSA contractor’s attorney refused to give out more details about his clients situation as he said the “threat” from “U.S. structures is very high”.

Anatoly Kucherena’s disclosure is still far from being verified, especially as most IT companies in Russia denied they are or will be working with the American refugee.

Russian social network VKontakte offered Snowden a job saying that his expertise on security issues could prove very valuable. When asked if they are the company that will hire Mr. Snowden VKontakte declined to answer.

Other bur Russian companues like Digit,ru Yandex and Mail.ru have also denied hiring the former NSA agent whose disclosures on the way the U.S. intelligence monitors other countries including its allies has caused a huge nightmare for the Obama administration.
