Rumors that Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are engaged might have been confirmed when photographer and friend of the couple Tyler Shields tweeted his congratulation response.

In the message, Shields congratulates the two lovers for getting engaged. He also posted a picture where Emma Roberts is mid falling with boyfriend Evan Peters waiting beneath , ready to catch her. Shields said that while taking this photo he realized how much the couple loves each other.

Shields, who is 31-years-old also tweeted a congratulation message this Monday saying that he loves the couple and mentioning that it is important to marry “someone who is there to catch you when you fall …”

Shields is a long term collaborator with the couple photographing them numerous times, including for his “Suspense” gallery or his “Synthetic” series.

Emma Roberts who is 22 years of age and Evan Peters who is 26-years-old started going out in the spring months of 2012. The first rumors that Evans proposed to Emma Roberts with a pink and gold diamond ring started this Monday.

While the couple seems to be blissfully happy now, 2013 was a tough year for them as Emma Roberts was arrested for domestic violence against her boyfriend Peters after the two had gotten into a passionate argument. The matter was resolved quickly and Roberts was released from arrest after a short questioning.
