Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling Expecting Child

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling, one of the more quiet and private couples in Hollywood may be expecting their first child together according to yet unconfirmed sources. The two actors began dating in 2011 and starred together as parents in the 2012 movie The Place Beyond the Pines.

While both are Hollywood A-listers they managed to keep their relation very private and have rarely made headline news. The two haven’t been seen together out in public since November, leading some journalists to speculate that they have broken up.

Even though Mendes hasn’t been photographed since March, it is believed that she is seven months pregnant and should be expecting a child by September. The 40-year-old actress first raised suspicions that she might be pregnant this spring when she refused to go through a security scanner at an airport. Mendes quickly addressed the rumors denying she was in fact pregnant.

The actress explained her decision on the Ellen DeGeneres Show saying that she finds the X-ray scanners creepy and possibly dangerous due to the radiation. She added that she always asks for a personal pat down instead.

While the two are soon to have a baby together, they don’t necessarily want to get married according to sources close to the couple. Gosling especially is believed to not be too excited about the idea of marriage while Mends would prefer they take their relationship to the next level now that they will be parents.
