Floating Islands: The New Mega Yacht

Every year, high-end tourists find yachts and islands to be the finest destination for them. But now, there are new offers that make these two a history. The newest thing that gets the interest of the wealthy vacationer is the mixture of island and yacht. Now, one can experience their own floating and moveable island.

Wally Island, which was introduced four years ago, was like a huge floating house that is 325 feet long and equipped with a swimming pool. Furthermore, it also offers the tourists a floating island worth $50 million which can be customized to appear like the streets of Monaco or like a tropical paradise.

ORSOS Island, which was introduced last month, is cheaper and smaller compared to the floating islands that were earlier introduced. Its destinations are the most popular places in terms of wealthy travel.

Several companies are now developing tactics on how to develop floating cities in different styles. One of the designs is a floating lily pad-style that includes an outer layer that reacts with UV light to have an air-purifying effect.

ORSOS Island already has orders even before it was unveiled in 2013. Many shows interest as these places are in-demand and become increasingly expensive.
