Google Nexus 6P Price Reduced

A holiday promotion at the online store of Google will allow consumers to save $50 off the new Google Nexus 6P smartphone. The discount on the smartphone brings the price of the 32GB version to $449 while the 64GB version is now priced at $499. On the other hand, the 128GB version can be purchased at $599.

These prices are the same as the Nexus 5X, which was been available on sale since December 9. The 16GB version of the 5X is priced at $449 while the 32GB model is at $379.

The deal also includes free overnight shipping within the United States. The Google Nexus 6P sale, which is available to consumers in the Japanese and US market, will end on December 30.

The Nexus phones of Google are unlocked, which means consumers have the option on the carriers they want to use. It also features a pure Android interface without the extra apps normally included by carriers and third-party manufacturers. But, this means they will have a higher cost, which makes the $50 discount appealing to people who are in the market for a phone during the holidays.

The Nexus 5X has been on sale in the past, including Black Friday when its price was reduced by $80. This will be the first time Google will offer a higher-end smartphone, like the Google Nexus 6P, on sale. Consumers looking for a deal on the 5X can also look into the offer of Best Buy, which reduced the price by $50 and comes with a free two-day shipping service.

The 5X features a plastic body and a 5.2-inch screen display. In contrast, the 6P features a metal body along with a 5.7-inch display. Both the 5X and 6P have a fingerprint scanner.

Aside from the Google Nexus 6P, Google is also offering a number of products on sale, including the Huawei Watch and Chromebooks.
