Gwyneth Paltrow Talks About Her Conscious Uncoupling

The relationship of Gwyneth Paltrow with Chris Martin has become stronger following their conscious uncoupling. The actress revealed that she has thought twice if they remained married following the split with the frontman of Coldplay.

Their relationship has grown stronger even as they live in separate houses. Despite this, the ex-couple have been seen eating out together. They have also continued family traditions such as celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas together with their children, Apple and Moses.

She added that they made a number of mistakes and gone through both good and bad days. However, she is proud that they are working on a number of things together without blaming anyone.

The 42-year-old actress also put her relationship into perspective. She recalled that she met Martin after the death of her father, and they married after one year. She said she would have died of grief if she did not meet him. She recalled one night in her London apartment when she felt like having a heart attack. She was on the floor of the apartment while thinking that she would not survive it.

Gwyneth Paltrow said Chris Martin was loving and patient while she was grieving. She added that Martin has a huge empathy for people in pain.

However, she recognized that Martin was too young for the burden she brought to him. She relied on him too much and expected him to become her pillar of strength. She added that it was unfair to let Martin carry the burden since he was only 25 years old during that time.

But, Paltrow already has a collective of women whom she can rely on, despite everything she had to deal with from media. Gwyneth Paltrow said she is aware of a number of women who lend support to other women that is considered transformative.
