Hilary Duff Ready to Face New Career Challenges
New York — Despite her success in the entertainment world, Hilary Duff feels she has lots of things still to prove. Her appearances in hit TV series and movies and music albums receiving strong patronage among millions of fans around the world are just the beginning of more good things to come in the future, Duff said.
Duff could still remember her stint in the hit Disney TV series as the initial start of her booming career. She said that the role as Lizzie McGuire was fun and enjoyable. The role prepared her to become effective in other roles she portrayed in the entertainment world.
Then her music career was born. It was a whole new experience for her from being a teen actress to becoming a singer and a stage performer. Since she is now a bit older, Duff feels she needs to learn again the things she used to be good at in her younger days. She is motivated to try new things and aspire for new and challenging roles. That’s why she always thinks she has lots of things yet to prove.
Not everyone knew that Duff is now considered one of the best-selling novelists in the young adult category with her success as well in the world of publishing. The Elixir trilogy was very successful while Devoted, the second book, is now available in stores. Duff, 24 years old, and husband, Mike Comrie, has been married since 2010. The couple are expecting for their first child.
