Images Of Tom Hiddleston And Taylor Swift Together Emerge
It appears that the pop princess is hooking up with the nastiest villain in the Marvel universe. Images showing Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston holding hands and kissing while on a beach emerged recently. The 35-year-old actor is famous for playing Loki in a number of movies in the Marvel Cinematic universe.
The images were posted on a popular British tabloid, The Sun. The images emerged barely two weeks after the 26-year-old Swift split with her boyfriend Calvin Harris. The images were published by The Sun on its website on Wednesday while the cover of its print edition for Thursday headlined the story as a “World Exclusive.”
The headline was also a play of words on the 2011 movie and miniseries “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.”
The paper revealed that the images were taken on Tuesday afternoon at a beach in Westerly, Rhode Island. The name of the photographer was not shared by the paper along with how they were able to obtain the images. However, some industry watchers are wondering if the shots of Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift were staged by the publicists of the singer.
The Image Direct, a photo agency, reportedly sold the images to The Sun. Agencies such as these normally represent photographers to buyers, such as newspapers. An associate editor overseeing the celebrity coverage of The Sun, Dan Wootton, said the team trusted their gut feel and it paid off.
He said while other news outlets indicated that she was dumped, they believed that it was Swift who dumped Harris. He added they thought there was something more to the story. He also said that Hiddleston was courting Swift.
The internet immediately went into frenzy after the images went online. Some said the Instagram video showing Hiddleston dancing with Swift last month at the Met Gala showed that there was more in the relationship between the two. No statements were released by the representatives of both Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston.
