J.J. Abrams Releases New Star Wars Episode VII Info

While promoting his NBC series “Believe”, director J.J. Abrams was grilled by several press members in regards to his highly anticipated Star Wars VII project. During the questioning Abrams has confirmed rumors that the script for the movie has indeed been completed.

He also confirmed rumors that Jesse Plemons of “Breaking Bad” fame has been in contact and may play a part in the upcoming movie. The director also said that the movie prep is going strong with shooting scheduled to begin very soon. Abrams said during his interview “We're working really hard, and we've got our script, and we're in deep prep. Full steam ahead, y'know."

When he was asked directly about his meeting with Plemons, Abrams confirmed the meet but didn't comment on the possibility of him joining the cast or not, even with rumors circulating the internet that he is just about ready to be given a major role.

During his interview he also commented on the media craze the casting process creates with agents releasing information about his meeting to bloggers. He said it is amusing that he can read his daily schedule on a huge number of blogs before the day has even started.

He ended the interview by confirming that the movie will have no parts shot in IMAX due to the camera’s unstable nature, loudness and limited film.
