Last December 3, Johnny Depp’s Christmas song has caused him trouble and criticisms with religious groups in London. In teaming up with band Babybird, Johnny Deep records the song, “Jesus Stag Night Club” and even mentioned to rival The X Factor for Christmas chart-topping hits.

The song was about a boozing, stolen car-driving Jesus look-alike who visits lap-dancing clubs. This song has caused enraged among Christian groups. Lee Douglas, spokesman for the group, The Christian Coalition said that the actor thinks he’s funny and truly, he is a disgrace. Douglas also added that time will come for Johnny Deep and his cronies to face the Lord’s judgment and will be burned in hell for his filth.

Many including Lee Douglas has considered the song as a “blasphemy” and therefore inexcusable. Douglas also stated that the group is sick of Johnny Depps’ behavior and questioned the actor why he needed to record that song. It was considered as a slap on the face to Christians from various countries.

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp was reportedly unaffected by the current controversy. Band Babybird’s front man, Stephen Jones also stated that critics have no sense of humor.
