Justin Bieber’s “Under the Mistletoe” Soars Number 1 in U.S. Charts

It is an early Christmas reward for Justin Bieber for having his new released album “Under the Mistletoe” top the U.S. Charts . “Under the Mistletoe” has landed top 1 with a total of 210,000 sold album in the first week sales.

“Under the Mistletoe” is the first Christmas song album to land number in the U.S Charts for the past 55 years in the history of Billboard 200 chart. Likewise, it’s the only 8th Christmas album to occupy the highest rank. Other holiday albums included in the Billboard 200 were Josh Groban’s Noel, Kenny G’s Miracles, Mitch Miller’s Holiday sing along with Mitch, Merry Christmas by Bing Crozby and Elvis’ Presly’s Elvis Christmas album a chart-topper in 1957.

Totally, “Under the Mistletoe” is his third number one album, making him the sole solo artist to accumulate three releases in the U.S. Charts before he reach his 18th birthday. The sensational heartthrob tops a chart of newly high entries from Wale landing at number two with Ambition, Miranda Lambert’s Four the Record lands at three and Boyle with Someone to Watch Over Me at rank four. Also included in the U.S. top 10 are Florence + the MAChine’s Ceremonials at the 6th spot and Tyrese’s Open Invitation successfully hit the 9th spot.
