Kate Upton Is Supposedly Dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy

Model Kate Upton had a busy week after first gaining the media spotlight when she celebrated her 21st birthday this Monday, June 10th and now being again in the headlines for supposedly dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Upton, who is most famous for her two consecutive appearances on the coveted Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue is rumored to be dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy from “Dancing with the Stars”.

The two were supposedly set up by their friends, and as people close to the two stars confirm the whole thing is very new as they have just started dating.

While Chmerkovskiy’s representative denied commenting on his client’s personal life, friends of Upton said that the two aren't dating but that they have known each for a long time and are just good friends.

Good friends or not, the two were close and quite intimate during their diner at Scalinatella in New York’s Upper East Side where eyewitnesses said they were holding hands throughout the meal.

The 5 foot 10 Upton will have a busy summer as she is currently on the set, shooting “The Other Woman” with Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann, her first appearance since playing a young mistress in 2011’s “Tower Heist”.

Kate Upton’s possible new boyfriend Chmerkovskivy is also known for his short engagement to Karina Smirnoff who was also a professional dancer for “Dancing with the Stars”.
