Kate Winslet And Ned Rocknroll Secretly Got Married

The locals in Harting, West Sussex were joined by a most unexpected couple this Christmas. The small idyllic village town was surprised to see none other than Kate Winslet and her new husband, Ned Rocknroll at their church, during Christmas morning, singing carols and being “radiantly happy” as locals said.

With neither set of parents knowing anything about the couples wedding intent, people close to the couple said that the marriage ceremony was a ”really romantic, private ceremony”. The invite list was short, and composed of only a handful of friends and relatives.

The location is believed to have been somewhere in the Catskill Mountains, at a very rustic and hippy decorated barn.

Apparently, the whole event was very simple and non-formal, the barn being decorated with tons of flowers, jam jars, and lanterns.

The 34 year old Ned Rocknroll, was born Abel Smith but changed his name in 2008. He is Richard Branson’s nephew and a business man that work at Branson’s space travel company, Virgin Galactic, as Head of Marketing Promotion and Astronaut Experience.

Ned Rocknroll met Kate Winslet on holiday in August 2011 while vacationing on his uncle’s island. It was on that same vacation that Winslet met Ned Rocknroll saved Richard Branson’s 90 year old mother from a fire that burn the billionaire mansion to the ground.
