Kim Kardashian Confirms Pregnancy Report

Kim Kardashian recently confirmed that she was pregnant in a post on her personal blog. Kardashian revealed that she and Kanye West are expecting a baby. The confirmation followed an earlier announcement by West during a recent concert.

Kardashian indicated that she is anticipating a new beginning for 2013 and is aiming to start a family. The reality TV star started dating the rapper in April, around six months after she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, an NBA basketball player. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony but separated after 72 days. For the moment, the divorce is still being finalized.

Reports have indicated that Kardashian has been pregnant for the past twelve weeks.

The couple received a number of congratulatory messages from family and fans. Speculations have also emerged on whether the name of the baby will start with the letter K, which is already a tradition in the family of Kim Kardashian.

Kourtney Kardashian, Kim’s sister, revealed that she has been waiting for the chance to shout for joy for some time already and the recent confirmation will allow her to do just that. She revealed that she was excited about the upcoming addition to their family.

Lamar Odom, the brother-in-law of Kim Kardashian, also sent his congratulations through Twitter. Odom and his wife, Khloe Kardashian, have been aiming to have their own baby. Odom revealed that he was excited for Kim and Kanye and nothing compares to bringing a new life into the world.

West made the initial announcement of the pregnancy of Kim during an Atlantic City concert. He sang that God has a new plan for them since they are going to have a baby.
