Kim Kardashian Will be the Next Mayor of Glendale?

What a surprise! Kim Kardashian seems ready to rule the world - but she’ll start with Glendale California.  Kim has nonchalantly declared her intent to run for mayor of Glendale, California. She seems ready for transition from being a fashion reality star to being a politician.

An unaired clip from Sunday’s episode of Khloe & Lamar showed the reality star and sister Khloe driving around Dallas when the two passed the Ross Perot Museum prompting Kim to blurt her plans of running for mayor very casually with her sister Khloe.

“I decided I’m going to run for the mayor of Glendale,” affirms Kim. “It’s going to be like in five years. So I have to buy a house there, you have to have residency there,” Kim tells Khloe.

The hilarious part is that Khloe really doesn’t have any comment or reaction to Kim’s big news.  Since Kim filed for divorce after only 72 days of marriage, nothing really shocks her family anymore.

Will Kim make her staff dress in leopard print and wear fake eyelashes? Kidding aside, Kim Kardashian does have support from the Glendale community.  Glendale City Councilman, Rafi Manoukian, said that he would support Kim running for mayor.

“I think she would make an excellent mayor,” Manoukian said.
