Kirsten Dunst’s Stalker Gets TRO

According to sources, Kirsten Dunst of “Spider-Man” has been approved a temporary restraining order against a stalker.

Based on court documents, the 51-year-old Frenchman stalker named Christophe Prudon of Dijon wrote 50 letters to Kristen Dunst and have traveled to the U.S. a couple of times just to meet the Spider-Man star.

Just last week, Mr. Prudon visited the home of Kirsten’s mother, Inez Dunst and asked if she could see and meet the actress. The camp of Dunst was greatly alarmed of the incident. Kirsten’s mother declared that Mr. Prudon is mentally ill.

In one of Prudon’s letters to Dunst, he expressed his feelings for the actress, sold his home to avail more trips and possibly meet the actress. According to Dunst, she is frightened for her safety as well as for her family and friends. Dunst worries the possibility that her stalker might escalate his acts and put herself and her family in danger.

After finding a just and probable cause, Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday ruled taking into effect a 3-year temporary restraining order wherein Mr. Prudon was orderer to stay at least 100 yards away from Kirsten Dunst, her home, workplace and her car. The camp of Dunst was somewhat relieved of the harassment and possible threat Mr. Prudo could do. Another hearing is set this December 21.
