Latest “Man of Steel’ Trailer Released

The latest “Man of Steel” trailer was released recently and it showed some of the events leading up the arrival of Kal-El into Earth.

The newest Superman movie is based on the script made by the team responsible for the Dark Knight trilogy, David Goyer and Christopher Nolan. It is scheduled to be released on June 14 and is under the direction of Zack Snyder. The latest trailer shows a more thorough view of the movie, which has been widely-promoted by Warner Bros for a number of months already.

It comes after a thirty-second trailer that showed General Zod accusing the people of Earth of giving shelter to Kal-El.

The latest “Man of Steel” trailer also shows the destruction of Krypton, a closer look of General Zod and Superman interacting with Lois Lane. A scene showing Jor-El, the father of Kal-El, placing his son inside a vessel that will allow him to escape from the Krypton sets the tone of the trailer.

Even as his wife Lara is concerned that Kal-El will become an outcast, Jor-El told her that he will be a god to them.

The trailer then shows scenes of the growing up years of a young Clark Kent. After he rescues some children from drowning inside a sinking bus, Jonathan Kent tells him about his origin.

An orchestra plays in the background as Lois Lane tries to track down Clark. The latest “Man of Steel” trailer also shows some scenes where he saves some people from a burning offshore oil platform. General Zod is also shown saying that he will find Kal-El. Superman is then shown flying up into the air with the voice of Jor-El saying that he will become the model whom the people of Earth will strive towards.

The cast of the “Man of Steel” include Henry Cavill, Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, Ayelet Zurer, Kevin Costner, and Amy Adams.

The latest “Man of Steel” trailer ends with Superman telling Lois Lane that the “S” symbol on his chest stands for hope.
