Lindsay Lohan Released from jail After 5 Hours

Lynwood, California — Almost 5 hours after Lindsay Lohan arrived in a Los Angeles County jail for her 30 days sentence for probation violation, the actress was released from the crowded women’s lockup early Monday. The actress had a short stay at the Century Regional Detention facility due to jail overcrowding. Lohan was booked around 8:48 pm Sunday in the Lynwood jail facility but was immediately pulled out.

The actress was released from the jail facility by 1:35 am. Steve Whitmore, sheriff’s spokesperson, confirmed the release. Some media men who were there to witness the release of Lohan said the actress was onboard a black sport utility vehicle, a Cadillac Escalade, and went straight t0 her home around 2 am. Whitmore added Lohan was not given any favors. She was not given special treatment whatsoever.

Lohan had to report to jail until November 9. It is her 5th time to serve a jail sentence after 2 drunken driving violations. Lohan was ordered jail time by a judge Wednesday because she violated the orders of the court and was booted from the women’s shelter community service. To complicate her sentence, Lohan was ordered by the judge to complete all her community service hours at the morgue and additional 270 days imprisonment.
