“Mad Men” Tour Of Manhattan Is Now Available

With Mad Men scheduled to enter its final season there will certainly be some fans that will still want the show to carry on in some form. And while the TV show will be over it doesn't mean that fans can’t get an image on how it was like to live in Manhattan during those days.

This is why Sidewalk Food Tours has created the Mad Men Tour, where fans of the AMC classic can now eat, drink and walk through the same places as their favorite characters. The tour has a daytime and a nighttime version to satisfy all types of tourists.

The daytime version takes about two and a half hours and consists of a detailed visit to Madison Avenue and eight locations that were shown on the TV show. The tour ends with a 60’s drink in one of the bars the cast frequents.

The nighttime tour takes longer but not because there is more to visit. It is based entirely on the bars and restaurants the “Mad Men” characters visit in the show. The guides will take visitors to three bars that are featured in the show. Participants are advised to dress the part thus enhancing the experience for themselves and other tourists.

All participants will receive a set of vintage pictures with highlights on the night making this amazing experience truly unforgettable.
