Miami Heat Expect Unfriendly Crowd In Boston

Paul Pierce of the Boston Celtics said that he wants the win streak of the Miami Heat to end. He also said that he wants Miami to lose all of their remaining games for this season.

The Heat will have to deal with the Celtics at the TD Garden, who won all five regular home games against Miami since 2010. Heat guard Dwayne Wade is expecting a hostile crowd as Celtic fans want their home team to stop the streak of Miami.

Although Rajon Rondo will not suit up for the Celtics and Kevin Garnett may be hampered by a sore hip, the Miami Heat are not taking things lightly when they play the Celtics in Boston.

Lebron James indicated that the Celtics still have a championship player and coach. He added that they expect Boston to be ready for them, even as Miami is also prepared for the Celtics. He indicated that they will be facing a team that they may likely play with in the playoffs. However, he was not concerned with the level of focus of the entire Miami Heat team.

Ray Allen scored 20 points including 4 of 5 three-pointers in the fourth period for the Miami Heat in their win against the Raptors. His three-point marksmanship allowed Miami to win over Toronto for the 22nd straight win in the league.

Miami coach Erik Spoelstra said that Allen used to end the game of the Heat when he was still with Boston. He has the ability to turn games around with his three-point shots.

James was two assists short of a triple double performance after he was pulled out with 4:02 to play. He ended the game with 22 points, 12 rebounds along with 8 assists. Spoelstra revealed after the Miami Heat game that he is committed to reduce the minutes of James whenever possible.
