North American Tour Of Shania Twain Announced At Good Morning America
Shania Twain announced an upcoming 48-city tour in North America recently. While the tour will be her first in eleven years, the country superstar said this will be her last tour. The 49-year-old star made the announcement when she appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday.
The Shania Rocks This Country tour is set to start in Seattle by June. It will have stops in a number of cities within the United States and Canada. She told Robin Roberts of GMA that she is finally going back on a tour during her live appearance on the show.
She said that it will be a very big tour since it will be the last one. Due to this, she will make the most of it. She added that she just wanted to “go out with a bang.”
Following the announcement of the last tour of the star, a deluge of fans visited her website causing it to crash on Wednesday morning, according to her representative. Shania Twain made a musical comeback after a number of years away from the charts. She was able to sell over 11 million albums around the world from 1993 to 2011. She stayed in Switzerland for a number of years with Robert Lange together with their son before they divorced in 2010. In 2011, the star married Frédéric Thiébaud.

Gavin DeGraw will join the country superstar in most of her shows during the US leg of the tour. On the other hand, Shania Twain will be joined by Wes Mack for the Canadian leg of the tour.
